Found some washing 
It’s on the line now
Afternoon Darnies 
Sunny , cloudy , chilly ....that sums up the weather here 
I didn’t sleep very well again last night .....but guess what , I went for a walk up the road this morning 
Physically the ankle held up quite well ....emotionally /anxiety wise not quite so good ! I didn’t walk very far , cos I saw someone else , albeit on the other side of the road , and it freaked me out ....so I turned round and came home again . 
But at least I’ve made a start .....first time in nearly 5 months! I will try and go again this week ....probably in the other direction .....Apart from that I washed down the outside paintwork at the front of the house , and have done a small load of washing ....so not a totally wasted day.....just the bins to put out this evening

🤣🤣we certainly can Moonie .....considering we both live alone 🤣🤣🤣🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰My ankle actually felt a bit easier in the sandals ......I don’t tend to wear any footwear in the house during the summer . Anyway , I will try to go out for short walks this week .....I sort of promised Mr B that I would try ....if that doesn’t sound totally crazy 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

Afternoon Darnies How are we all today ? I slept better last night .....so I’ve been quite productive today . Washed quilt cover and put it back on the bed ....dusted , cleaned kitchen and bathroom , got bins in , did a bit of pruning and went for a very short walk Hope everyone else is having a good day too .

Afternoon Darnies I woke up really early this morning , so I’m a bit bushed ....but I managed to change the sheet and pillowcases , washed , ironed , cleaned bathrooms , and did a bit more chopping in the garden Apart from that the gardener came , so the lawns are all neat and tidy again Hope you are all having a good day , whatever you’re doing
