Afternoon Darnies It was cloudy all morning, but now it’s bright sunshine and very warm I’ve not done a lot today .....except exercise my foot ( without the boot on) , ready for the great boot throwaway day on Friday Apart from that I have also done a load of washing , cleaned the kitchen , brought the bin in and taken a tour around the garden getting some vitamin D Hope everyone else is having an equally relaxed day
The garden is the only place you'll get vit D. Asda are sold out
Good job I'm going back to Gambia next week. BA - a fortnight all in for £199. The problem is I don't stay in the hotel. Looking forward to an ice cold Julbrew

Way to go Velvet I know , Sainsbury and Boots were sold out when I looked the other day .....but as I have a south facing back garden I can just soak up a few rays
