Afternoon DarniesWell itâs been quite a day chez Baz
I had a busy morningðI scooted upstairs on my bum and put the water on using the mop handle ...shuffled into the upstairs bathroom ( again on my bumðð) cleaned the loo and manhandled some stuff I wanted off the bathroom shelf ...again from the bliddy floor and with the mop handle . Only small things I know but it feels so good to finally get some control back ...so go me ððŧððŧððŧððŧðððI just wish I had another walker upstairs ...it's so much easier ! Then I bum shuffled into the spare bedroom and got something I wanted out of the wardrobe 
Then I came down to earth with a bump ...figuratively not literally .cos I had to change my dressing...as Ros would say yak yak yak 
But my biggest success is that ....wait for it ......Iâve been outside 
I walked the whole length of the patio .....obviously with the walker .....but it was lovely

Afternoon Darnies Lovely sunny day here , but Iâve not been out yet as the gardener is here Apart from that Iâve not done a lot today .....but I slept like a log last night .....in fact I donât remember going to sleep and when I woke up at about 6 I still had my glasses on ....
and the light was still on 
I intend to go out for a little walk in the back garden later ....once gardener has finished ....and get some fresh air Hope everyone else is having a good day

Your birds will be glad to see you again. I have filled up my bird feeders too. It looks like I will need to put out another suet and seed half coconut again tomorrow. They love that. They get one every 3 days or so
At least you can see light at the end of the tunnel now though
