Update:

Baz phoned
They've put her foot in plaster but can't do surgery until the swelling goes down, which could be a week or more. They are keeping her in overnight and, if she can manage the crutches, they might let her out tomorrow. She was a bit upset because she just wants to go home, bless her.
She asked if we could all pass the message on and she sends her apologies to anyone who has sent a text and she hasn't replied yet. She says she will get round to it ❤️❤️❤️

Hiya Yogi ....have been chatting to Baz elsewhere...I hope she makes a better job of managing crutches than I did and is out of there as soon as possible..home is the best place to be when you're down ....love from us both to Baz❤️❤️❤️❤️😪😪😪😪

Looks like Baz maybe in until Tuesday Moonie until she sees another specialist, although Baz may explain herself. Things can change from day to day in hospitals, but this is what we know today  I've replied in here in case some don't know what going on at the moment...I have an inkling Baz is not a happy camper

I think the first person she claps eyes on she's going to rip their head off....me being a wuss will keep the kettle on boil  I hope she's out too, although she's in the best place right now but not appreciating it much

Hi everyone ❤️❤️I’m posting from my phone ...so no forum smileys ...but just wanted to say you will never know how much all your love and support means to me ❤️❤️It’s been a truly shitty couple of days and worse to come methinks , but as usual you lot are dragging me through ...albeit literally kicking , screaming and crying ...well maybe not kicking right now !! I won’t know when they are going to operate until I see ankle guy on Tuesday ...so keep everything crossed for me please . My daughter has taken Sammy to live with her at present ....I hope she settles but it’s better than her living at home on her own every day 😞😞Anyway, thanks again everyone ❤️❤️❤️

Hi Moonie 😁❤️❤️❤️❤️My daughter has just gone ...and we managed to wash my hair and dry it , so at least I’m clean again 🤣🤣🤣Also the lady who sorts out what I can do and what I need now to help my recovery ....and stay safe ...came asked a load of questions and left a leaflet ....from what she said she’s my get out of jail free card when the time comes.....so I will be buttering her up !🤣🤣🤣Actually , there were some good suggestions in there ....most of which I think they will provide ...but if not there’s always the credit card 🤣🤣🤣
