We’ve got my mum staying over. We walked 4-5 miles today, ate party food and chilled in our pj’s. I convinced my mum to try some meditation with me, she’s not positive and it can be draining. She seemed more relaxed afterwards.

Thank you. She bounced back, then had a relapse! My friends dog is the same so I think it’s a doggy bug doing the rounds, if I recall correctly, it happened about 2 years ago too. It didn’t stop her walking today though, she had a great time  

So anyway, what food have you all been eating? We’ve had m&s party food
