Cold overnight but blue sky, hardly a breeze, sunny and quite pleasant for now

Afternoon Darnies My day didn’t go quite as planned! A delivery I had been waiting for decided to be delivered smack in the middle of the day , which meant I had to postpone going to town until tomorrow So I did two loads of washing and wrapped a few presents instead Hope your day is going to plan though

That’s the only thing with deliveries, they say between this and that time so you don’t know where you stand 

Nice to have wrapped a few pressies and done two loads of washing too though 

I’ve been to the post office to post a birthday pressie and shopped a little. Been up the park

Hi Moonie ❤️❤️❤️❤️Yes , this delivery slot was 12.30 -1. 30 Still , at least it arrived ok I will just have to go out and post the cards tomorrow ....and hope the weather holds

Afternoon Darnies Well that was an eventful night ....suffice it to say I will be more careful in future ....and I won’t be washing my hair for the next couple of days But I made it to town , albeit it very gingerly ....posted what needed posting , and picked up some supplies for Sammy Hope your day has been less painful than mine Moonie ....have a lovely time at the party

Please be more careful Baz. Falls are seriously dangerous - I should know, half this place is tiled and then you're gone. Don't know how lucky I've been out it

Afternoon Darnies Cold and wet here , so I’ve not been out , but I have done two loads of washing and written more Xmas cards  .  My neck is a lot more comfortable today ....and I slept reasonably well....but my eye is starting to look like I’ve done 10 rounds with Mike Tyson Anyway , I hope you’re all having a good Thursday , whatever you’re doing .Oh and I had a lovely surprise in the mail today . My old university send me a note saying one of the professors I met (and stayed with ) in the States was looking for me ...so I’ve fired off an email to her .
