That’s good My day wasn’t bad ....but I’m not sleeping well so I’m very tired ....I need your knack of sleeping anywhere 

LOL if I could give you that gift then I would, happily Do you have any relaxation or meditation apps? Many guided meditations can help you drift off to sleep. There are plenty on YouTube too x

Yes , I do Sweet ....but it’s not getting off to sleep that’s the problem , it’s staying asleep
