Afternoon Darnies Hope you’re all having a good Sunday . Weather has changed here ....big thunderstorm this morning ....but it’s still warm.  I’ve been for my spa hour , which has helped a bit ....but I’ll be less less stressed once I’ve spoken to the doctor tomorrow .

Yes , luxury facial and Indian head massage Yes, I think they are a good bunch ...and quite liked the new judge ....wish they’d get rid of Shirley though

Flying visit for now , cos I know some of you have been worried....I’m ok .... went counselling lunchtime and had to go to doctors this afternoon ...they’ve adjusted my meds , so fingers crossed that will sort things out Anyway , thank you for caring ...it’s nice to know my absence is noted   I’ll be back as normal this evening , so stand by you beds

Build up a head of steam overnight then give Sky some
