Afternoon Darnies Itâs rained all day here ...and itâs actually quite chilly ....talk about from the sublime to the ridiculous 
....but like Moonie , Iâd rather this than that stifling heat ! My daughter and her partner have been over and replaced one of my smoke alarms ....and moved the sofa bed in anticipation of my new chair arriving . We also went to M&S and stocked up my fridge again

I had to put a jumper on to go up the park just now 
The babies are okay and being well fed by others today as well as me
Glad you got that smoke alarms and the grocery sorted ð

IAfternoon Darnies Itâs been a funny old day chez Baz I popped into town , and then my granddaughter and her fiancÃĐ came over ....which was lovely . So far , so good youâre saying ....well wait for it
When I got back from town my new fridge freezer started beeping ....so I checked the doors etc ...everything seemed fine ...and then it stopped .....until about an hour later....while my visitors were here .... it started again! So I rang the makers , explained, and was told to try switching it off and on again! 
I did that and it appeared to work ....until it started yet again 
By this time I was starting to panic , so decided to switch it off at the mains and call engineers again ! Trouble was even with it switched off at the mains it was still bliddy beeping !
At this point I decided to move the waste bin so I could check properly behind the freezer and I suddenly realised that the beep actually appeared to be coming from the bin itself I opened it up and saw a flashing light half way down the bin It turns out they had forgotten to take the batteries out when they threw away the old smoke alarm yesterday ...and thatâs what was bleeping !To say Iâm relieved that it wasnât my fridge freezer is an understatement !

A few weeks ago I was at a client's cottage. It's an old cottage built in about 1773. She moved into it some years ago. On the first evening she heard the sound of something knocking. She spent quite some time trying to find where the sound was coming from without success. Being by herself in her new home, given the age of the cottage, she started thinking that it was haunted. So she rang her son who lived a few miles away as she was getting really scared.
Her son came over to reassure her. But she could still hear the knocking sound.
Eventually she located it as coming from a box which she had yet to unpack. So she opened the box and discovered that the sound was coming from a children's toy (for one of her grandchildren when visiting) which had been left on

Afternoon Darnies Raining again here . I had a terrible night ....and woke up with a full blown panic attack
......but Iâve changed the bed , done two loads of washing and ironing , dusted , and cleaned kitchen ....so quite a productive day chez Baz

hi bazzy this gardening challenge looks quite good
day ok bazzy - had to re-register at one of the agencies as they haven't given me work for 2 years right pain - have to take all sorts and have a bliddy interview
