Afternoon Darnies Yes, it’s a beautiful day Sweet PeaI had to rearrange my local spa trip cos I’m going to the big spa on Saturday ....I’m treating my daughter for her birthday  So , today I’ve had my nails done and a lovely facial/massage  Hope everyone is having an equally sunny and relaxing day

I took my mum out today, she wanted some new clothes so we sorted her out and then had dinner together at the carvery

Hehe I’m ok thanks Baz, think I’ve picked up a bit of a chest infection though. Hopefully it won’t last long.

Awwww I hope it clears up quickly Sweet  Yes , I find them quite cathartic Sweet . How is Bramble ?

That’s great, I genuinely think it’s something everyone should try. I’ve got a good meditation practice going these days,  I’m loving it

Awwww ...gorgeous pics Sweet Have you tried a Vics steam ?

I’m allergic to vics but I have had an aromatherapy bath. What else could I steam with..?

I’ve just been googling, and I can steam with tiger balm, which I have in the house

Afternoon Darnies Hope everyone is having a good day . Real April weather here ....sunshine and showers....which meant my gardener couldn’t do my lawns  I’ve not been very productive today ....think the energy boost from Saturday has dissipated But I have done a load of washing , hoovered and dusted , so not a total waste of a day

Afternoon Darnies Not a great day, but I made it to the opticians , and shelled out a load of dosh Apparently my eyes are very dry ....another age thing .....and my astigmatism is back Anyway , hopefully the drops and  new glasses will make life a bit easier  On top of that I went to the bank and paid a bill ....oh and bought myself a new hoodie Hope you are all having a productive day
