What a weather contrast between the last few days and today 

Lovely and warm with blue sky yesterday. Today, much colder with drizzle and grey sky

Afternoon Darnies Well , looks like summer is over  It’s not cold , but it rained all day ....and seems to be set in for next few days ....so sandals are back in the wardrobe and boots are out again Not that I’ve been out , except to get the bin in ....to say I’ve been lazy would be an understatement Hope you’re all having a good day though

Aw well thank you Baz, I thought I’d better make the effort and be socialable tonight! Sorry I’ve not been around much, I’m usually in the bath for ages and have been meditating a lot lately. I think that’s why my state of mind is so joyful  

the course was really good thank you, I learned some new knowledge, I’m glad I went. I met some nice people there too x
