Ok I’ve not got an Alexa Sweet ....but my son bought me the Apple equivalent ....Home Hub....for Xmas I’m still getting used to it ....it uses Siri ....I find myself saying please and thank you to it

can you stream music through you tube in it? I know you can call other alexa’s on it, but I’m not sure what else I’d do with one

I’ve not used it for YouTube Sweet ....but it plays music , tells me the news , weather etc....and if I had any compatible home appliances ....which I haven’t ....I believe you can work those from it too ...like heating etc ...

It’s good to be able to sit on the sofa and tell it to play this or that ....plus you can say things like play calming music and it will choose stuff for you

Hmmm... I’m really tempted. £30 is a good price, the older ones were much more expensive!

Mine was simple Ros....I just put my phone next to it and it told you what to do step by step ....like the wireless AirPods ....Apple is pretty idiot proof ...which is just as well for me

You can ask it to set alarms / timers too ...say if you’re cooking

Afternoon Darnies Happy New Year Eve Hope everyone is having a good day . I went to the library , and then made the mistake of popping into Asda for a couple of bits ......massive mistake What is it with people , the shops are only closed for one day ( at most ) yet people were shopping like it was going out of fashion

Maybe you should make it female... it might be more accepting of Enya.  

I'm worried that Duds is going to set her to do something on a timer one day.... I'll be sat at home, on my own, at night, marking... and suddenly she's gonna scream at me or something
