Awww Well today didn’t go quite to plan as my friend has been grounded by the doc

Weather here is ok ....but think her RA has ramped up ....she’s got major problems with neck so doc says she can’t drive for a while

oh I thought the temps were low over there...I see norn iron is at freezing point

I remember when I nearly couldn't drive as I could barely turn my neck to look when reversing..awful

Well it’s chilly ...but not too bad here  Yes , I think that’s why doc has grounded her ...and she’s got to have another MRI
