a bit cooler today thankfully only got to 27 ...we played pool wee one is getting quite good at it and our usual swim of course  it was 30 yesterday and I felt like I was gonna pass out and I was so tired had to lie down again

taking wee one to the health centre...the scary doctor says she needs a vaccine but not sure if she does...then Spanish lesson...himself actually has a day off so hopefully we get to chill out together for a change

hpv for cervical cancer...she got one in school in Ireland but I know there's supposed to be 2

yes first in year 8 and second in year 9 I think-worth having

They are going to start giving it to boys now too
