i'm the heaviest I've ever been and that's enough for me...stop chowing down...am up to 14 lengths in the pool...we were in the pool for about an hour tonight cos we haven't been in it since Saturday

not too bad baz...some pain at times but nothing compared to before...I've had to have a couple of naps recently but I think that's just cos of not sleeping so well at night with the heat
