Cian was a bit off today, but seemed to perk up this evening - hope he hasn't got what Caitlin had.
It did arrive in one piece - amazingly - a glass bottle again in one little jiffy bag

First dose tomorrow night, then one on Thursday night. She saw this horrible diet she had to go on, but then cheered as you can still have chocolate

She's got to eat very basic white bread/white everything (which she doesn't usually, so we had to buy it all in yesterday!). Boiled chicken and vegetables and that's about it - plus chocolate!
