Not entirely  Cian was a bit off today, but seemed to perk up this evening - hope he hasn't got what Caitlin had. 

It did arrive in one piece - amazingly - a glass bottle again in one little jiffy bag

Yes...it was fairly warm ....mind you I only went from the car to the shops and back again

She's got to eat very basic white bread/white everything (which she doesn't usually, so we had to buy it all in yesterday!).  Boiled chicken and vegetables and that's about it - plus chocolate!
