Yes , going to ask them to quote for digging over all the beds , and weeding ....then mowing every 10days or so ....that way I can plant up ....and  Inchy can just potter ...or sit back and enjoy it

Afternoon Darnies Hope you’re all enjoying your Saturday ....while the sun lasts....thunderstorms for my region this evening   On the plus side , we have a gardener ...and he starts on Thursday ...by which time the grass will be knee high

No, only one ...hope the other doesn’t turn up tomorrow We were very happy with what he’s going to do initially ....two guys will be working for 4 hours to mow , edge and weed the beds etc ....turns out he does a couple of houses on the estate ...one only a couple of doors down

Afternoon Darnies Well summer was nice while it lasted  Hope everyone is enjoying their Sunday . My daughter and her boyfriend have been over and cleared out some of the stuff from the study  ....they also looked at the garage and are both raring to get stuck in ....takes all sorts I guess

What are you doing tomorrow?

We had a long discussion last night and I discussed moving back to Cheshire, so Mr. Scatts is going to ask his boss how far from the office he can live (he currently lives just over an hour and he only has to go into the office every two months), so I'm keeping everything crossed x
