Yes , if it’s carpal tunnel Ros ....but at the moment I can’t even take time to find out whether it’s that or arthritis or something else 

How is your RA Smurfy ?

well at least you get a bit of relief...i'm ok still get sore and stiff especially when I do too much walking, standing etc. but so far so good

The weather yesterday was foggy, cold, wet and windy. Today has started off the same and judging by the looks of things it doesn’t look like it’s going to be any better either 

On the plus side, I don’t have to shop so I is a happy bunny

He’s not been too bad the last couple of days Ros ...but he lost another 2/3 lbs since last week

bulbs are fantastic bazzy -soo pleased-all coming up -never had that with bulbs before
