well for lunch mushrooms in garlic sauce, chicken tikka masala with rice chips and naan bread and ice cream...dinner calamari, then sea bass, prawns, spinach and creamed potatoes...phew but was lovely

He’s a total plonker 

ros I think she's doing alright...her teachers seem to be happy with her progress...I don't know how much she is actually speaking the language but I do think she is learning it
