yes ros!! we have actually made some friends 
we met them on our 2nd day at the bus stop and got chatting from there...they're retired so a little older than us 
and there's a women's group that do the bingo and ladies lunches so get to know people there too

a couple of the girls have kept in touch a bit but it seems people don't really want to keep in touch

Well, I've only got Poppy now - I lost Charlie in June. She seems to have adapted, my vet seemed to think that because she lives in our living room and I give her extra fuss every day, that helps. I know she's getting on a bit, she's 8 years and 8 months, but I don't like to think about that! She's actually just vaulted into her hutch and run up the ramp
