Only that I got my security clearance through yesterday  I'm hoping it won't be long now, but who knows!

Oh well you’re one step nearer My friends grandson wanted to join RAF ....got through some of it ,  but it turns out the medical showed he was a certain type of colour blind

Yes , he’s got a meeting to see what jobs ..,if any ...there are within the service he can still do ...but obviously can’t fly or anything

hi baz hi scats i'm grand thanks...went to the big city on a curry spice hunt and we were successful  started off a bit cloudy but it soon got very very hot...thankfully I had my factor 50 on  then we went food shopping...so was a little tired and sore after that!!! how's yourselves?

Well done ...you all stocked up now then I had my shingles jab and am VERY sore ..so what with that and my thumb/wrist I’m feeling pretty rough 

yep all stocked up and ready to try some recipes...I've never made an indian curry from scratch...always used jars and pastes...many many years ago I used to make Chinese sauces from scratch

it seems people here fly back regularly for appointments...I couldn't be bothered with all that...not that it's cheap to fly back...not for us anyway!!

Can you not get flu jabs in Spain ....cos they do have flu over there I think 

In fact it was the Spanish flu that killed millions after ww1

am sure you can get the jab here...think i'll take my chances 

it's so weird...we must be so conditioned by our weather that the minute we see a cloud we think it's gonna be cold but it's still in high 20s here
