It is really nice ....and one of the few cake type things that is ok for me these days ....I think I’m just going to have to start making my own cakes and biscuits again ...that way I know there are no additives , or citric  in them

My days been good thanks baz, I've cooked, exercised and caught up on a bit of tv I'm just letting tea settle and then I'm going for a bath.

Well I left the labels on so if they aren’t right  I’m not sure ...although I might have to pop to town ....how about you ?

evening  had an enjoyable morning not winning at bingo  but on the plus side we now have an itinerary of what the ladies get up to for the next few months...so we have a charity afternoon to go to Friday afternoon and a ladies lunch for next week
