ooh baz a bit of irish emerald  like it...I've actually bought 2 dresses which I never wear...I am mostly wearing vest tops and no socks  unheard of!! I am actually getting a bit of a colour  think i'm just getting loads more freckles and they're just joining together and that's with factor 50 most of the time

hi sweetie I think my knees are doing ok even though we're doing an awful lot of walking...I am using an alternative medicine which I hope it helps  and I am loving the swimming...in my sunglasses 

you could send coffee...I am trying all the cheap brands but he's still buying what we would buy back in Ireland which is obviously very expensive...when big one comes over i'm gonna get her to fill her suitcase with stuff we miss

I think it will improve in the long term too Smurfy, the weather must be so good for your body what's the alternative medicine? I take golden paste every day, usually in warm milk before bed 

baz...I think it's helping me only time will tell...I have reduced the amount of painkillers I've been taking even though I am a lot more active now which causes pain but I try and rest as much as possible...I have no problem having a siesta  and I am sleeping better than I have done in years!! I thought I would have such problems with the heat as I am not a sun lover

Afternoon DarniesAre they tinkering , cos I couldn’t get in Anyway , hope everyone is having a good day . Mine has been really busy ...self inflicted cos I bought new bedding for the spare room ...so had two lots of bedding to iron ....and old bedding to wash ...on top of having changed the sheet on my own bed and popping into town ....this is when I really feel my age ...cos I’m shattered
