Glad to hear the painting prep is coming along nicely Bazzy. I'm with you on the stress of it... I've always painted myself cos I don't like the idea of strangers being in my home, but I'm gonna have to bite the bullet soon, cos the hallway needs doing and it's toooooo taaaaaallllll

I got my new one from Benson for Beds ....it's a firm one with a memory foam layer ...and temperature control ....but don't ask me how that works ,..,I just know it does

Oooh! So its not too hot then? I like the memory foam ones but I was worried about that. I seem to spend all my waking hours too cold, but my beddy byes time too hot. My body needs all the help it can get with temperature control. It's very erratic

Yes , that's the principle ....if it gets above , or below a certain temperature it adjusts itself ...don't ask me how though

Thank you It's making me really miss the walking! I really wish I didn't live somewhere so damn flat... I have no motivation to walk around here I might make the effort and go further afield at the weekend. If the weathers reasonable
