yeah it is expensive but can't put a price on being able to see...we've all got our eyes done...himself tried varifocals and couldn't take to them so went back to 2 pairs...am worried I won't like them either...got wee one sunglasses and swimming goggles...so it's been very expensive between us all  and i'd like to get prescription goggles too!!!

You need to win the lottery I never really had any problem with varifocals ....after the first day or two .....

we always go to our local optician...they are great...my prescription is really bad and it also costs 99 quid just to get them thinned...cost 277 just for those 2 pairs of glasses and that was with a discount!!

thanks for always remembering i'm getting older  so I may or may not actually celebrate that non occasion

wow expensive smurfs

Yes, my last pair ....rimless , varifocals and reactolights ....cost me ÂĢ80

wow but quite good value -our Asda doesn't have an optician but Tescodoes- just wear mine for driving but need  a new pair-

I've been constantly looking at places to rent and seen them come and go...yeah it'll be the most expensive time but nothing I can do about it...I would feel better if I had an actual date and I could rent somewhere and book flights!!

Awww it will get sorted sooner or later  Has your husband a job lined up ?

wee one is getting quite excited about finishing school even though I know she'll be bored out of her mind no word from big one so who knows what she's up to

I saw that programme advertised...some freaks out there

Aww yes , kids always want the summer holidays to start , but mine used to get fed up and bored very quickly  Well my friend is taking me to tend grandparents grave ....not been since Inchys driving got a bit erratic ....and there is only me to do it , so ....But because of her RA it's a bit far for her to drive in one hit ....and no direct train....so we are stopping off overnight at a spa  and doing it in two stages ....
