hi baz had a busy day!! got my eyes tested so am gonna try varifocals and new sunglasses...need to remortgage the house to pay for them  my friend was a little fed up but I made her lunch and beat her at scrabble how was your day?

 I find Asda opticians are the cheapest for varifocals /reactolites SmurfyBy the way , you may, or you may not get a postal delivery in the next few days ....DO NOT open it until Wednesday !!!

we always go to our local optician...they are great...my prescription is really bad and it also costs 99 quid just to get them thinned...cost 277 just for those 2 pairs of glasses and that was with a discount!!

thanks for always remembering i'm getting older  so I may or may not actually celebrate that non occasion

Yes, my eyes are very bad too ....worn glasses since I was 10..... And of course you must celebrate !!

Yes, my last pair ....rimless , varifocals and reactolights ....cost me £80  

yeah it is expensive but can't put a price on being able to see...we've all got our eyes done...himself tried varifocals and couldn't take to them so went back to 2 pairs...am worried I won't like them either...got wee one sunglasses and swimming goggles...so it's been very expensive between us all  and i'd like to get prescription goggles too!!!

 wow but quite good value -our Asda doesn't have an optician but Tescodoes- just wear mine for driving but need  a new pair-
