the last time I saw her she was pretty fed up

I rang the solicitor to get an update...she said that they were waiting for the estate agent to pass on the buyer's solicitor's details...they'd been trying and trying...so she said for me to try them and she would too...so she ended up getting the estate agent and their excuse for the delay was that they had 2 new starts in the office 
what's that got to do with anything??!!! and all takes is to press a button to send an email....they've been useless since the start...getting paid for nothing
