my day has been good thank you, I've bought my mum & myself tickets to see Lady Antebellum in October, we've waited years for them to come to the UK on tour!

It should move quickly then Smurfy ....ours...uncles ... was cash and I think it was about 4/ 5 weeks from start to finish ....although we had a buyer before that, but it fell through
yeah it's great a cash buyer and also he's an investor so he has no personal interest in the house so isn't likely to pull out last minute

don't celebrate mine either we are good birthdays and Christmas though- he is very thoughtful in choosing gifts
