I know! I'm very glad we decided against staying in a hotel and trying our luck again today
I'm kinda disappointed the Eurostar thing didn't work out though. I was looking forward to mega-train ride across Europe

There was some amusement to be found during the day though....the British ability to stay put and flatly refuse to give up their position in a queue, even after it becomes obvious the queue serves no purpose, is pretty impressive it has to be said
