Absolutely nothing  I think I may have my friend's daughter on Friday, as she's at work, but other than that, I need to have a think!!

 Nothing much ....I got up to go to the loo in the middle of the night and didn't want to wake Inchy , so I didn't put the light on . Needless to say it wasn't a good idea  I misjudged where the bed was in the dark , and ended up in a heap on the floor ....with my head narrowly missing the corner of the bedside cabinet

At least by missing the bedside cabinet you didn't damage it   

You can walk down our stairs at 3am summer or winter without a house light on because we have a street lamp almost opposite that illuminates our place like a searchlight. It's one of those LCD lights. We was converted several years ago

Evening gang it's a glorious summers day here, yippee!!!! I'm soon going to take Bramble out for a pretty evening walk, with our new friends in tow  

bazzy I'm glad you didn't head butt the cabinet, but I do hope you're alright and not too sore or bruised today

Still no movement on my repair despite another visit to my local council. A triple cracked front floor is not deemed "dangerous" or an "emergency" 

So email to local councillor and local MP this morning.

I hope your day will be better than mine will be, by the looks of things  

Morning Darnies  What bliddy  time of day is this ! I had a crap nights sleep ....I've manhandled a double bed down the stairs .....and it's too darn hot already.....going to be 80 here today !! Anyway , I hope the guy arrives on time to take this bed away ....and then I can relax a bit  I will be back later  ....and hopefully in a better mood !  Have a good one everybody

Still to do the emails because....

So far I have washed, dried and put back up nine net curtains. We are old  fashioned like that 

One pair of curtains washed, dried and put back up. One pair on the line drying and one pair in the washer  

Two pairs to go but I may only get one pair of those done today

Ohhhh Bazzy, I hope your old bed has been collected after all the effort you put in earlier
