hi bazzyboots not  a lot TBH - pulled my ligament again  yesterday lifting shopping into the boot - seems to a certain action - hope you had a good day

right side - got a heat pad on  - same place as before - tired of it TBH

Awww ...you've obviously developed a weakness in it Ros   Is there nothing they can do ? 

first time I went to Docs - pain or be drugged by paracetamol but can still work - so I just get on with it - it's not there all the time just certain actions my knee is fine now

Maybe you could try some physio Ros ....might strength it up a bit ?

we have similiar furniture as  in the picture - we chalk painted it grey/lilac but may change it to all grey or cream -
