I did have a couple message me.  We have decided that we will do what we did last year and round them up in the pub, when they've had a few at Easter - it worked a treat

It was - we thought they'd all forget, but my friend emailed them the same night and none of them could get out of it  Most of them have volunteered to do it again, so it couldn't have been that bad, however, we need more this year!

Yes , I gave it up last year ....then I developed bad IBS ....now I eat whatever doesn't upset me ....luckily chocolate is on that list

Thanks Baz. No, not for lent, for health reasons. I'm trying to develop a weight loss programme that I can stick to and makes me feel better. I have also dropped off bread too. I want to try and live a little cleaner life in terms of what I eat. I've not stopped eating sugar or bread full stop, but if I do it will be a one off event and definitely not a regular thing.

I knew I should have watched the sound of music

Sorry to hear about IBS. I think it's all about developing as healthier diet as you can and moderate the less good stuff. I think it also helps that I rarely drink alcohol too.

Sorry to hear about IBS. I think it's all about developing as healthier diet as you can and moderate the less good stuff. I think it also helps that I rarely drink alcohol too.

I don't drink alcohol very often these days either ....I just can't take like I used to in my youth

Yes , we did the lawn last weekend ....but the beds are covered in weeds ..mostly dandelions !! I really want to get a long handled weeder ...to save my back !!
