Lovely day here. Lots of blue sky and sunshine but still cool and breezy. At least it was dry 

Shopping and banking today with a little gardening thrown in this evening

Hugs and chocolaty kisses to all! Thank you so much for all the cards and pressies. You made my return home from work very exciting! It was a bit like a treasure hunt...having to go round to various sheds and neighbours houses to collect it all  

Apart from the strangest couple of hours I've ever spent at work this afternoon (I'll tell you about it later)...it's been a lovely day. Duds managed to surprise me with tickets to see Brian Cox at Sheffield Arena in May and my car managed to shock me by passing it's MOT!  

Going to get myself to bed now as I have to drag myself to the gym in the morning ....then on to the spa ....then home to start working on all that choccy in the freezer

Afternoon Darnies  Hope everyone is having a good day . Glad you had a nice birthday Ducky ....and hope you survived the gym and spa and are now at home stuffing chocolates Hope you and your mum are having a nice Saturday Sweet  

We've  mowed the lawn .....and been out and finally arranged for someone to come around on Wednesday to measure up for the vertical blinds ...we are having them throughout the house ...so quite a big job  Now all we have to do is decide what colour/  material we want .... so another discussion

we are still waiting for our quote  and 3D thingy- she was on holiday until today - so at least it's on hold until we have  a baseline phew!!!!!

 Don't worry they are vertical ones, so they measuring and fitting ....my nerves couldn't take it otherwise
