Afternoon Darnies .....at home and on the slopes  Chilly and damp here today ....changed bed and caught up on the housework ,  but did go to town and managed to get a new jumper ....had picked out three online , but only one looked good in the flesh, so to speak  Anyway, hope you are all having a good Saturday

Been there , done that EC But I actually used to like my hour long journey home ....gave me time to chill out 

Hi Baz.

The problem I find is that the bus has too many people on who like to talk on their phones. Add in the youngsters who ignore the signs and think we all want to hear their lastest carp song download, the others who eat hot smelly food and worse, open cans of Red Bull, the smell of which turns my stomach. The bus journey is bumpy due to badly maintained roads and the drivers all seem to be too heavy on the the brakes, nothing smooth about their driving. Finally, there is always going to be those who try to get on and con the driver, holding up the bus!

...not forgetting the odd smelly person.

So no, it's far from relaxing for me.

Awwww My main journey ( from the uni )  was lovely ..double decker.....through beautiful countryside , and usually only a handful of people on it Mind you second one... from town to home was just as you described

I would say 'enjoy' is going a bit far  I had no choice, as it was one friend's 50th and it was what she wanted to do!
