Ooo I like that EC

It is lovely, completely renovated, nothing to do. But probably ÂĢ20K out of reach.  It's also a 6 minute walk from Hillsborough Stadium, so match days are easy to get to and from.

Awww

I'm also considering this: http://www.rightmove.co.uk/pro...operty-43788906.html

All depends on viewing and mortgages, but this is very much under budget, so it does provide the space I need and parking too.

That's beautiful

It is. I would leave the decor as it's all new.

You wouldn't have to do anything to it, you could just move in!

Agreed, I would just buy some new furniture.

This is the last one I have on my list, but to get into this property I would need to sell the one I am in. That's not likely to happen as I want to rent it.

It's amazing what you find when you spend enough time searching. I'm liking the way a lot of the properties have been decorated prior to sale and the buildings/layouts themselves.

Sweet - I have never owned a Christmas tree, but if I ever was able to buy the house, I would buy a tree, put it in the window and photograph it for you.

you've never owned a Xmas tree?! How's that possible?

i like the 3rd property too, lovely exterior have you viewed any so far?

No. never. I really lazy when it comes to things like that. I still have my birthday cards up from November and you guessed it, my Xmas cards too.

Next week I am off and intend to clean my house (taking down the cards) and yes I currently have two viewings set up.

Aw, sorry to hear that Baz.  In my case I felt OK and not tired. It's now raining here with think breaks in the cloud allowing what looks like bright sun through. Did not manage to photograph anything, but may do tomorrow if I get the chance.

Hi EC  How are you ?

Hi Baz.

I'm good, just starting a week off work. Going to view a couple of properties and look at buying a car. Fun, fun, fun.

How are you - good I trust.

Oooo exciting times then

Yes, I feel like a move and need a car, public transport is driving me nuts and the fact that it's so inconsistent. After all, James Bond needs his wheels.

Most definitely Aston Martin DB ?

I'm going to remain inconspicuous by driving a Hyundai i20 or a VW UP!.

Rofl  Are you buying a house , or apartment ?

I'm looking at both. I have seen a lovely penthouse and a nice duplex apartment in an old building. There is one house that was sold but is now on the market, I will post a link. I have also been inquiring about a set of 6 new build terrace houses in a nice part of Sheffield. They are three bed over three story's (sp) which I like and they have a small garden (manageable) but no parking (downside) but they are well within my budget.

This house I love, but may be a bit too big for one person.

Never say never. Hall to hall and immaculate

Good luck in the hunt EC!

Very true Velvet

Baz
