its been very windy here, several trees down and my recycling bin has flown away

some of the kids in creche said they were going to stay up to wait for the snow...tried to tell them it would probably come in the middle of the nite while we're all sleeping

Awwwww ....you've got to love them 

yep she's still enjoying it....her manager invited her to dinner at her house after work on saturday...she ended up vomiting and falling asleep for 3 hours on her sofa she thinks she got food poisoning from a sandwich she had at lunchtime!!

 Just today Sweet ....it's IBS ....triggered by citrus/citric acid being in something I didn't realise it was in ...again

Yes  That's the trouble , every time I stuff up and miss something on a label I have to go back to my white diet ....or FODMAP diet
