Well, I've still got one if that's what you mean 

 

On the other hand, it seems to play up more during the day and as in past times, I just have to wait for it to settle down as usual  

Does it get worse with exertion? 

Not that I've noticed Baz, just through the day seems to do it

Yes, I've been like that for months now ....not all the time ...just on and off
