we're both fine thank you, I've been at work today and then pottering about tonight. My spare room is all set up for my mum to arrive on Friday

 Yes, I'm out with my GD tomorrow ....hairdresser on Friday ...  over to my daughters on Christmas Eve ....then widower across road popping in for a drink on Xmas morning

 My favourite part is just chilling .....and tbh food wise I prefer Boxing Day

i agree about the food, the Xmas day dinner is always my least favourite part. I like buffets & party food

Thanks Baz. I have been free'ish of pain for a while now. Had a coffee earlier today and noticed a slight throbbing but it went away. I am just cooking brown rice, M&S chicken breast and the left overs of a bhuna sauce for tonights meal. I have a funny feeling that heat triggers it, so we will see.

Thanks Baz. I have been free'ish of pain for a while now. Had a coffee earlier today and noticed a slight throbbing but it went away. I am just cooking brown rice, M&S chicken breast and the left overs of a bhuna sauce for tonights meal. I have a funny feeling that heat triggers it, so we will see.

My days have been ok .....until Inchy decided to come back in M6 from GDs ....to try his darn cruise control....and took a wrong turning ....hit traffic jams and a 25 minute journey ended up taking an high and a half

Well, it did. Pain came in quite quickly. So the heat does it but not the cold so much.

Awww Perhaps after Xmas you should see doc about it ....even though it's intermittent ...he might be able to give you something ...like mine did
