I did venture out to the bank as the weather did finally break. No problems about getting wet 
However, me finger tips where white when I got back its so cold 
Life is retuning to them now though

Glad you got out and back ok Moonie We had a lull , and the sun came out ....thought the worst was over ....but the wind is now back even stronger ...and we've not got to the predicted worse time yet ...which appears to be about 6 o'clock .....I don't like it

Well, we have had everything today from snow to sunshine. It's blowing a gale right now 
Looks dry at present though
I see hurricane force winds are predicted for Wales, the north east and the north west tonight. Winds could reach 96mph
