ive just been writing a complaint email to a local hotel, our work Xmas party was dire- absolutely shocking! Let's just say I channeled by inner baz and have give them what for (in a direct but polite way, of course)

We all had a jolly good laugh about it, and still enjoyed the evening but we will be talking about it for many years to come lol
