It's totally mad isn't it?  I am currently doing my Assistant Head job, Head of Sixth Form and Sendco.  It's totally killing me! We lost our Head of Sixth before the summer and our Sendco about 6 weeks ago. Both suspended and then resigned.

Most days, although I'm flat out, I just about cope mentally.... but I have had a couple of very near mini breakdowns  And if anything extra comes my way (as it has done this week), I get to the point where people approach me at their own risk

The Head is aware that I'm on the edge and is very sympathetic, so things will change eventually. We're just waiting for some of the legal implications of the Sendco suspension/resignation to work themselves out, then we can advertise for someone to save my life.

Awww Ducky Hope they sort it for you  soon

Baz

The most frustrating part about it is having 3 other members of SLT who still toddle along with nothing extra added to their workload, who then think it's appropriate to share their job with me.

Anyway, I'm not supposed to be moaning! I'm supposed to be working! Oops!

I'd better go, or may never shut up

Night Bazzy and Rosser Have a good Thursday!

Afternoon Bazzy and Darnies

Its actually been quite nice here. No rain early morning or afternoon though it is now

Just had me heating on for half an hour (it's on the timer). Dunno why though because I was actually hot sitting here

Bazzy, I hope you're feeling better now

Not sure about the red and blue highlights
