Ros I admire your endurance

  house just seems to need attention everywhere all of a sudden

Mind you the new carpets seem to have made ours look better  

 we got  a new suite which improved it but want new dining table /chairs now and new doors upstairs

Tip top thank you I thought she was going to take off and fly today we did 2 miles, so just sensibly building back up the distance gradually. She's back to playful again too

I just had a Sainsburys spaghetti bol. It was really quite nice 

Feeling about the same really. I have arranged to see the doc tomorrow to find out the results of my blood test. See how it goes from there
