My day was long, fairly boring and full of work. I've been popping downstairs to check on Pops frequently. I wasn't wrong when I said she'll be weeing for England while she's off the insulin. 

Also....at no point have I seen her sleeping on the sofa - in fact when she tried to get up on it last night she failed... but somehow she still managed to wee on it this evening.  She must have purposely jumped up to have a wee and then got back down again.  Slightly frustrating as I was still waiting for it to dry before putting the waterproof sheet back on. I was taking advantage of her inability to climb up and giving it a good thorough bleaching.  

I'm actually considering getting rid of the sofa altogether, as I can't use it anyway. It's a crazy situation! I'm either gonna have to live upstairs and let her have the living room for her toilet.... or crate her pretty much permanently. The latter is too cruel though. I don't know how other people cope with this sort of thing?

And yes...I actually think that's true!

Awwwwwwwww What a nightmare Didn't pirate have something  similar with one of his dogs? Don't they do nappies for them ?

They are supposed to be confirming about carpet tomorrow ....and Inchy has apparently been and got quotes for the blinds .....at least that's what he said when I suggested going down  today !!

Yes. He's just text to say he has to do compulsory overtime next Saturday while I am away. He might need to resort to the nappies for that one
