Update on my carpets ....carpet MIGHT be in warehouse Wednesday and we MIGHT get them fitted next Thursday .....but won't know for sure until Monday !! I phoned the sales bloke this morning ....and must have got my point across ....so much so that he left a message on my landline ....AND phoned me on my mobile with the same message 
The carpet man needs to be more careful around Bossy Bossa Nova Bazzy

Evening Summer Are you back from hols?
Duds is good. He's returning to night shifts in approximately two weeks so he's excited about that.
Pops is not so good. She's had a terrible week. I'm taking her to the vets tomorrow morning and I have a bad feeling it may be decision time.

She's has been weeing regularly on the sofa and then just sleeping on top of it. Then for the past two days she hasn't because she can't get up there anymore. Yesterday there was something wrong with her back legs (wobbly and unreliable) today it has spread to her front legs too.
We tried giving her bath earlier this evening because she was in such a mess.... and it's now impossible. She was crying SOOO loud that Duds kept yelling at me "next door" as if I could do anything about disturbing the neighbours with my hands full of panicked dog. 
The two of weren't able to hold her down in the bath and wash her at the same time so we had to give up. I was scared she was going to do herself some serious damage.
Last night she kept me awake all night crying like she was in pain. She finally settled down at about 5:00am. She started again just before we bathed her, but she's been quiet since ....I think she's in a bit of post-bath shock 
....so we'll see how she gets on tonight.

Sounds like she's stroking out ....and if she's crying then she is obviously suffering Ducky ....so maybe it's time

I'm meeting a friend for a pre-80s weekend planning meeting tomorrow afternoon. Then mostly work for the rest of the time.
Next weekend I'm off to a 80's weekend at Butlins in Skeg. How I let myself get roped into these things, I do not know.
