The seaside was woooooonderful!  Lovely weather, nice picnic, and I managed to avoid a parking ticker by the skin of my teeth, which is always a bonus I then went to a BBQ at the village pub in the evening. Rounded the day of nicely.  

Today was even better - Ikea and F&Bs

It was a very quiet beach. There's basically a little carpark and one teeny shop. I was tempted to go into the shop on the way back to the car.... but the traffic warden distracted me So it's his fault you have no rock

I'm also popping into the vets to ask for a written prescription for Poppy's dementia drugs. I've just discovered I can get them for £17 a month online, compared to the £60 I'm currently paying. And as I'm not even convinced they're making any difference, £17 is a lot easier to stomach!
