I had to be careful to buy a dress that doesn't show any of my back. I was on a school trip on the mega hot Tuesday and I was really careful with the sun cream ... except I forgot that the top I was wearing had a round opening below the button at the back. I now have a perfectly round, fist sized, burnt area on my back.   

It's the worst burn I've ever had! Six hours, 30 degrees, no shade and no sun cream.  And I can't even reach it to put on any soothing cream.  

Not that I would dare touch it tbh

I have written a list of feeding/medication instructions and stuck it on the fridge. He's just told me it's far too complicated.

I can only eat bland things ...,no fruit /veg/spice ....and only white bread etc. Then I have to feed things back in one at a time , to try and see what agrees with me and what doesn't

finished Wednesday bazzy and yes  the morning staff briefing was very emotional - I was very over whelmed by the amount  of cards with lovely words

My SLT link finished as well - the new appointee is doing both roles + extras - one of the reasons I decided to go was I didn't want SLT-( Senior Leadership team)
