I had to go see the practice nurse today and I asked her. She had a look on the computer and nothing as yet. She said give it a couple of days then try again

It's a lovely day here, mostly sunshine though it is beginning to cloud over. A little breezy but I can live with that as all my washing is done and also dried now yeeeeey!

Hi Sweet What's a deep conditioner ? No answers as yet ...but after an examination she doesn't think it's the very serious thing ....fingers crossed

Hopefully it's a virus or bug that will run its course then. You're probably run down bazzy. Would a hug with a giraffe help..? 

A deep conditioner is treatment that puts extra moisture back in to your hair. You normally wash it first, towel dry it and then put this conditioning mask on and leave it on for about 15 mins. it's something that people with longer/dry hair should do once or twice a month, preferably weekly. I've neglected mind lately so I've had to chop a load off and promise myself I'll take better care of it.

he handed in his notice this week and will head out in about 6 weeks  he was at the optician today...he has to get varifocals and will probably get cataracts in about 20 years cos they're hereditary...so he was a bit shocked to say the least

Aww He has my sympathy , I was diagnosed with them last year !!

yep no contact with anyone...himself was really hurt that she never said goodbye to him or been in contact cos he tried to help long after i was done...wee one doesn't seem to be too bothered cos she says she hardly ever saw her anyway and she never did anything with her so no loss there really  lets just say the house has a relaxed atmosphere now
