I was ok earlier .....but have developed upset tummy again in last couple of hours

wee one is bored already  but she's going out with her friend tomorrow and having a sleepover at her friend's house thankfully...gonna be a long 2 months! haven't heard from big one

stomach problems are the worst hope it passes soon

Something I ate I think Sweet ....probably too many spices , or too much fruit .....my tummy has been really sensitive since that bout I had a month ago !

Aw bless you baz, and I dare say the recent stress isn't helping either. Are you allowed to take acidophilus? I good course of that from the health shop would help if you can take it, the higher count the better  

meanwhile, have you been taking it easy today?

It's good bacteria, like those actimel drinks but in tablet/vitamin form and a heck of a lot stronger

Oh I will defo look then ....I can't drink those actimel /yoghurt things , but could easily take it in tablet form ...

yep we've been offered a 2 bedroom apartment available from 1st september and he's been offered the job of manager of the bar so he's heading over at the end of august
