Hi Moonie Well our buyers house sale has apparently fallen through , so don't think there is much hope I know these things happen , but it was less than a week ago that we were looking at a completion date by end of this week ! TBH it's more the hassle than anything else .....just when I thought all the twoing and froing was finally at an end !!

Anyway , on to more important things ....how are you feeling today ?
